Returns

You can return one or more unworn items within 30 days of your order. Items purchased on canterbury.nl must be returned in perfect condition, with attached tags, and in their original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned. We are unable to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method following inspection.

If you have received Canterbury product(s) as a gift, you must return the item(s) with the original purchase details. We recommend contacting the purchaser if these details cannot be provided.

It is your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements to return the item(s) to us. The return parcel is your responsibility until it is delivered to us. Your order will be refunded in full, excluding delivery costs, within five days of your return package being processed. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your return has been processed by our services.

Return costs will be reimbursed in the event of incorrect products being sent, or if they are found to have a production defect. Any shortcomings must be reported to us in writing within 30 days.
