Warranty & returns
If you are not satisfied with your delivered products, you can return the unused products in their original packaging and labels within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be refunded only if the wrong products were sent. Shipping return products is your own responsibility. Only after signature of receipt by one of our employees the products fall under our responsibility. After inspecting the products, we will process the refund through the account number used for the purchase. All deficiencies in your order must be communicated to us within 30 days.
Purchases not older than 30 days, we will reimburse in full at our expense, if still in new condition;

Faulty Goods
All Canterbury goods have a 2-month warranty. If a product is delivered damaged or defective under normal use, please take one of the following steps:
Only when you accompany your shipment with the order number, description of any defect and your contact information can we process your return product. Shipping of the return product is your responsibility until it is delivered to us.
